Proper health and nutrition are a cornerstone here at Sprouts. We believe that each child’s basic needs of proper nutrition and exercise must first be met before any learning is able to take place. Sprouts follows the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) to provide age-appropriate, nutritious meals, full of the necessary fruits and vegetables. We also encourage physical activity, which is foundational to creating healthy habits. Our meal plans are updated monthly on our website and are also be available on our parent portal.
